Some of our users only use SSH after setting up their workspaces, hence they don't see it's outdated for quite a long time.

A special login banner would help letting them know.

Any thoughts?

I think that makes sense.

Like an SSH login banner when any terminal is opened I assume?

$ ssh coder.dev
👋 Your workspace is outdated! Update it here: https://.../@kylecarbs/dev
coder.dev $
