Description

Currently it possible to share coder apps (#4378) with anyone by setting their access level to public. However when developing using coder it could be necessary to be able to share a random port publicly without having a coder app declared for this at first. Therefore I think it would be beneficial if this would be possible. Since the user can't add coder apps on his own he has no way to do this.
