A customer with hundreds of users, manually deletes PVCs for workspaces that are not used after a specific amount of time.

e.g., a developer pops into Coder for a week, and doesn't come back - maybe for a hackathon

The customer still pays for the storage volume left behind if the person did not delete their workspace.

We may have this data as an endpoint, but the request is an administrative function to specify a filter and a volume delete.
