  1. coder start --dev
  2. Say "yes" to the tunnel prompt
  3. Open the tunnel URL printed in the console
  4. See the login screen
  5. Realize that you don't have the credentials to log in with...

Reopening because of discussion in #1193, we will also change the static password into a randomly generated one with ability to override via an environment variable.
