See screenshot. I can not update my dotfiles repo URL because it complains about the immutable region.

Steps to reproduce

1. Create a new workspace from a workspace that has both mutable and immutable parameters
2. Edit workspace to change a mutable parameter value, e.g., dotfiles repo
3. You get the error about the immutable region parameter.
