Makes a couple of changes to the Frontend contribution docs:

  • Removes the messaging about us still being on MUI v4
  • Removes the section about i18n, now that language support has been removed from the codebase
  • Updates the description of XState to downplay using it to fetch data
  • Updates some of the acronyms to have the full version spelled out next to it in most cases (accessibility concern)
  • Beefs up the accessibility section with links and examples
  • Cleans up some of the grammar and punctuation
