This PR updates the Coder OSS docs, in particular the IDE section on how to build custom images to install and run JetBrains IDEs in a browser using the Projector CLI.
Examples are provided and links to repos for creating IntelliJ, PyCharm, and GoLand IDEs on Kubernetes pods and Docker hosts.
The examples also include advanced features like input variables for IDE versions.
