This PR:

  1. updated the generic quickstart guide to explain how to create the first user. This is only documented in the Docker quickstart and is mentioned only in the coder server logs
  2. added an updated code-server workspace screenshot and a sentence explaining how workspaces can be created also from the Templates UI and not just the CLI. I added a screenshot example for where that is performed.
