I wrote a little section on exporting audit logs. I am starting to think I should move it to the table here? wdyt?

Your section seems to be focused on audit logs, but maybe we can arrange a new tab in docs, "Observability"? We could link there app logs, audit logs, and Prometheus 🤔. Anyway, I happy to refactor sections in the follow-up 👍 |

This PR describes application logs in Coder, including suggestions for alerts. It is aligned with changes introduced in #8148.
