…with projector CLI.

Added JetBrains Projector libraries needed to run JetBrains IDEs in a browser, to the Dockerfile
Added an alternative approach of copying the Coder-installed JetBrains IDE and using the Projector CLI to create separate config folders so multiple projects can be started.
