The CI is set up for contributing to the registry itself.
Still working on setting up CI in coder/modules for redeploying the registry on an update.

I made a PR setting this up yesterday: coder/modules#363
Dean is setting me up some less general credentials to use in Github Secret's, and I'm gonna change it to use the gcloud cli instead of API requests.

This is done and got merged prior to the holiday 😎 Closing this ticket and if we make improvements on the current CI flow that can be a new thing I think.
