🧩 Description:

Add a frontend-only Blog Section to the site that showcases articles using dummy blog data (stored in a static array or JSON). This feature will make the platform look more complete and professional while also preparing the UI for future backend integration.

🎯 Goals:

• Create a responsive blog listing UI using cards
• Use dummy blog data (title, author, image, snippet, tags)
• Allow filtering by blog tags (e.g., Tech, Open Source, etc.)
• Add simple interactivity: Like, Bookmark, Read More
