NOTE: Loading jquery-ujs twice causes the data-remote links to POST twice - resulting in an 'unfollow' immediately after a 'follow'

Move follow-widget UI logic into common file, run initializeProtip() at end.
The file isn't being used anywhere.

The follow buttons work in the 'popup' mode, but not in the full-page mode.
Similarly, the comment editing/liking functionality works in the full-page mode, but not the pop-up mode.
