We want to integrate Codiga into all our repositories to dogfood our own product

Solution

• Add codiga.yml file with recommended rulesets
• Add husky and made a pre-push git hook

Verification

• made a file (test.tsx) with violations in it
• committed the file
• ran git push

• reverted the test file commit; ran git push again
