There is an Debian package

could be better written as 'is a Debian' package, followed by 'an Ubuntu package'

after you cloned CppUTest

could be better written as 'after you have cloned' or "after you've cloned"

the above work with cygwin

could be better written as 'the above will work' or 'the above works' or 'the above should work'
