This is a tracking issue for supporting 2023.12 in array-api-strict.

It would be helpful to have test suite support for the new features. This is especially true for any feature that isn't already implemented in NumPy. data-apis/array-api-tests#249

We'll also want to implement #8 as well so that we can continue to support 2022.12.
