With image. I'll have to take a look at why it's not being centered properly. Will another PR with this fix later today.

This PR contains changes to fix the email notification and welcome message templates. Also included is a
send_emailfunction that can be used to load and sent the emails; however, the previous methods should "just work" with the newly formatted templates.
