Updated `search-fixtures` to match data with `topic` fixtures
Refactored `cooked-html` and `decorated-html` components to pass tracked `@decorateArgs` explicitly. Improved parameter tracking by utilizing `lazyHash` and ensuring explicit argument declaration within `decorateBeforeAdopt` and `decoratedContent`.
…tests Replaced occurrences of `discourse` with `consectetur` in search test queries and `create-pretender` helpers to align with updated test data and maintain consistency.
Introduced `TrackedMap` to manage `decoratorState` in `PostSmallAction` component and passed it along with `@highlightTerm` to `PostCookedHtml`, enabling better state tracking and argument propagation.
