I'm finding that when clicking on a link that takes me to a new page and anchor, the viewport scrolls immediately on clicking, and the sudden motion "disguises" that there has been a page load, which is weird for context.
Adding a small (configurable) delay would solve this, as you'd see the page change, then it would animate.
