This PR updates the CLI README.md and the root README.md to reflect the latest features and changes in the project.

Changes

  • Added MCP Support Information: Added details about Model Context Protocol (MCP) support, including configuration and usage examples
  • Updated Configuration Options: Updated the configuration section to include all current options
  • Added Multiple Line Custom Prompts Information: Added documentation for the new multiple line custom prompts feature
  • Updated Model Compatibility Information: Updated information about supported models, with special mention of Claude 3.7
  • Ensured Consistency: Made sure the CLI README and root README are consistent and provide accurate information

Testing

  • Verified all links are valid
  • Ensured code examples are up-to-date and reflect current functionality
  • Checked that all configuration options are documented correctly
