I tried to install via Spacemacs, but I got error: wrong version number: v3.0.
It is related to the:
https://github.com/emacs-taskrunner/helm-taskrunner/blob/master/helm-taskrunner.el#L8

I forked your repo and changed to the 3.0 and it works. So if you can update...
