Is there a reason for bumping the requirement here? The 0.15 release was largely intended as a migratory step towards 1.0. There are a lot of helpful deprecation warnings that would warn users of changing/removed behavior.

Don't mind either way on this - keep in mind that the requirement here is about "which version would we like to test against in development".

Paging @carltongibson to make the call on this.

I guess test against the latest release (1.0).

Oh wow, yep. For whatever reason I thought this was affecting the installation requirements.
