The point 500 MB GitHub Packages storage is redundant. It is already includes under the title GitHub Free for personal accounts. So when you include it under GitHub Free for organizations by saying that In addition to the features available with GitHub Free for personal accounts, GitHub Free for organizations includes:, it becomes redundant

The point 500 MB GitHub Packages storage is being removed from the section GitHub Free for organizations due to being redundant.
