What?
This adds a set of smoke tests to ensure any file
lib/rules/orlib/configsis exported as part oflib/index, as well as any rule specified inlib/configs/*is a valid rule listed inlib/indexWhy?
This should prevent further instances of v4.1.0/v4.1.1 (refs #113)
