A first draft with minimally invasive markup in the markdown, and using common site-wide styles to mimic the print-ready layouts of the cheat sheet.

Same use of layout structure has been applied to the Subversion to Git cheat sheet that is currently only available in markdown form.

The inclusion of markup in the markdown feels just slightly awkward, but it provides a satisfactory structure to mimic the print-ready design for now. 🚀
