Tested locally via yarn build && yarn link and then in my other project via yarn link github-api and github.getGist().listGists().then( ({data}) => console.log(data) )

@blaskovicz This appears to exist already. Check out User.listGists.

Closing for now, though I'm open to feedback on where listGists should be located.
