Description

The link https://dev.mysql.com/doc/internals/en/ is no longer available and redirects to the new documentation site https://dev.mysql.com/doc/dev/mysql-server/latest/.

This PR updates outdated links in the source code comments to point to the new official MySQL documentation.

No functional changes are made.
