Adds instructions and fixes for working with omni.

Some fixes added additionally:

1. Omni changes and notes for connection strings, user inputs, pool init.
2. pandas should be added and was missing in this and other notebooks
3. path of data file is not netflix_titles.csv rather than /content/netflix_titles.csv

Note:

1. Change 2 needs to be added to all other quickstarts
2. Change 3 need to be added to LI CSQL
