I'm seeing some rather strange behaviour (yet to pinpoint the issue exactly) with .inc.js files and gopherjs serve

It seems that changing a .inc.js file and reloading a page get messed up in some way (sorry I can't be more specific).

Adding this as a placeholder to flag to others in case they've seen similar issues but also so I can add more details at a later date.

Ok I've narrowed it down to being a dup of the behaviour described by @flimzy here...

I'll close this for now because it seems the caching issue is covered sufficiently elsewhere.
