When rendering a resource specific template, the ImportFile does not render.

I have the following templates:

$ tree templates/
templates/
├── index.md.tmpl
├── resources
│   └── server.md.tmpl
└── resources.md.tmpl

After adding the server.md.tmpl to have specific changes for the server resource it doesn't render importFile.
See diff below.
