These doc updates are for the the update of the Vault EKM Provider and its new version pinning feature.

  • Release notes updated
  • EKM installation docs updated for using version pinning to select use a certain asymmetric key
  • Update Key rotation docs to indicate that previous key versions are able to be used if needed
  • Reference steps needed for restoring encrypted backup
