It's unclear from the documentation how we can get an OTP from Amazon, theirs no mention other than a hint at an app, which many people may not have setup.

From what I can tell, Amazon default to email/mobile OTP for a 2FA, however I assume this isn't supported given the help text in the opt input (which is difficult to read as it truncates).

I found that I had to go into my Amazon account and enable app based 2FA (which also was a little non-obvious to see) for this to work.

Suggest the documentation includes a description something like "Ensure you have enabled application based Two-Step Verification (2SV) through your Amazon account page for an authenticator app (such as ...), once setup use the code from there.
