This change documents a new service of the ViCare integration

Proposed change

ViCare: add set_vicare_mode service

The set_vicare_mode service allows the user to set any of the possible heating
modes of their heating device. Not just the ones that were mapped to
home assistant climate modes.

Type of change

  • Spelling, grammar or other readability improvements (current branch).
  • Adjusted missing or incorrect information in the current documentation (current branch).
  • Added documentation for a new integration I'm adding to Home Assistant (next branch).
  • Added documentation for a new feature I'm adding to Home Assistant (next branch).
  • Removed stale or deprecated documentation.
