Proposed change

Sleep as Android cannot be controlled directly from Home Assistant but the app has an intent API and the Home Assistant companion app supports broadcasting intents. I created a blueprint to make this a lot easier.

Targeting next is correct as the integration has not been released yet

there is no parent PR for this, just improving the existing docs with a blueprint
