Description:
This PR adds a section to the Hass.io add-on development documentation about the presentation of your add-on.
It contains information about having documentation, keeping a changelog and which images to include in your add-on.
Pull request in home-assistant (if applicable): home-assistant/supervisor#328

New documentation for platforms/components and features should go tonext.currentbranch, but SHOULD NOT be merged on approval.The release cycle of Hass.io does not match the release cycle of Home Assistant, therefore this should be merged after the parent PR gets merged AND a new version of the Hass.io supervisor is released.
