Description:
Updates to the color fields for the light.turn_on schema. Includes the new hue/sat fields, provides a hue XY link that doesn't require a login, and specifies that the RGB attribute will only change the light color.

Pull request in home-assistant (if applicable): home-assistant/core#11288
