Description:
Add document about Tuya cover and scene
The main usage is written in Tuya component.

Pull request in home-assistant (if applicable): home-assistant/core#15587

Checklist:

  • Branch: Fixes, changes and adjustments should be created against current. New documentation for platforms/components and features should go to next.
  • The documentation follow the standards.

The platform supports scenes.

The devices state in panel will not change immediately after you activate scene.
