Current Situation

This is a great plugin and quite honestly should come installed in Homebridge out of the box along with Homebridge UI. However, it is not getting the exposure it should get and it does not have a Discord channel to notify users of available new releases.

Proposed Change

When a new version is released, a notification should be posted to the update-check channel in Discord.

Additional Context

I have already requested a Discord channel: update-check. However, this is not something I can do myself as it would require getting a token from Discord and adding it as a secret in the github repo. Also please update the release scripts to include posting a notification to this channel.
