I am on OS X 10.13.6, npm 6.14.8, node v14.13.1.
I was able to
npm installa package that requires immutable-js, but was not able tonpm installa checkout of immutable-js itself. It failed because the devDependencies were not able to build.fail_log.log
I ran:
npm install -g npm-check-updates
npm-check-updates -u
npm install
Now
npm installworks.It appears nan or node-gyp or something needed a bump. As an alternative to accepting my patch, you could fix this by running npm-check-updates yourself.
