質問です!

7行目でも 不具合やご意見などございましたら[Qiita Discussions](https://github.com/increments/qiita-discussions/discussions)へご投稿ください。 という旨の記述がありますが、トラブルシューティングの段落でもあえて再度書いているという認識でよろしいでしょうか?

確認とりました。思っている通りの認識であっています

冒頭の文言だと強調はしていないため、読み飛ばしてしまう可能性がある
文末に項目として用意してあげることで、認識されるんじゃないかという感じです
