Fixed an issue with changed_attributes for API Resources, new instances that have not yet been saved do not clear the changed_attributes list.

changed_attributeslist was being reset for all resources, meaning attributes passed to the__init__were being ignored.HTTPrettyand changed the tests to mirror what the Ruby lib is doing.
