@nacin is there an upstream bug in wordpress we can follow for this one? I feel like this is an xml-rpc issue. |
Is this bug "New pages" or "New installs of web-base-template"? The latter, I understand. The former does not make any sense to me. |
when we push a new page/thing with permalink using node-wordpress it shows up as a 404 until we go to the wp-admin "permalinks" page, and then suddenly it like registers itself somehow. |
or at least thats my understanding... @rdworth @scottgonzalez - confirm? |
It's new installs, not new posts. |
alright then, scratch that xml-rpc/upstream reference... |
@nacin Any update on this? |
ping @nacin |
@scottgonzalez is this fixed? |
It's been a while since we added a new site. If this continues to be a problem, we can reopen. |
After a fresh install, the permalinks setting isn't applied properly. Simply visiting the permalinks admin page fixes the setting.
