Getting Started with FastAPI

Create a Virtual Environment

$ # Virtualenv modules installation (Unix-based systems)
$ virtualenv env
$ source env/bin/activate
$
$ # Virtualenv modules installation (Windows-based systems)
$ # virtualenv env
$ # .\env\Scripts\activate

Install FastAPI and uvicorn

$ pip install fastapi
$ pip install uvicorn

Edit your first file main.py

from fastapi import FastAPI

app = FastAPI()

@app.get("/")
async def root():
    return {"message": "Hello FastAPI"}

Start the app using uvicorn

$ uvicorn main:app --reload
$ 
$ The project is LIVE - https://localhost:8000 

Visualize auto-generated docs
