This PR aims to add a new method to the Collection class in Laravel called doesntContainStrict(). This method is the inverse of containsStrict() and determines whether a given item is not contained in the collection using strict comparison.

Example

$collection = collect([1, 2, 3]);

$collection->doesntContainStrict('1'); // true
$collection->doesntContainStrict(1); // false
