probably good to link to the requirements for validation bit in validators/index
you should say how much stake: which should be 1000 total stake weight, so alpha + tao*0.18 > 1000.

on the second point, when you run the code to check minimum TAO required to validate for a localnet subnet, it always returns 0:
i believe the requirements arent as strict on localnet.
