The Free Software Foundation no longer has a physical office (either at Temple Place or Mass Ave) and has adjusted their license texts to point people to their website instead of a mailing address. See: https://www.gnu.org/licenses/old-licenses/lgpl-2.1.txt

This change updates the COPYING file and all of the incorrect in-file attributions.

Thanks! I've copied your patch (necessarily with small changes) to the
libxml++-2-42, libxml++-3-2 and libxml++-4-4 branches.

There are hundreds of files with such obsolete addresses in other modules
that I work with. I wonder if all of them will ever be updated.
