At L1 and L2 regularization topic loss function and L2 variable is not same. Loss function variable must be L2_sqr or L2_sqr must be L2 to match with loss function. This request changes L2_sqr to L2 for matching loss function.

L2_sqr variable must be L2 for the loss function or loss function L2 variable must be L2_sqr

I'm fixed in the master branch the cause of travis failure in this PR. I'm closing and reopen this PR to trigger travis with the new master. When test pass, I'll merge.
