In this file, the P10 version of this FP calculating builtins i.e xvbf16ger2
has paired-vector-memops
, what is the reason to remove it for future
version?

paired-vector-memops was introduced in P10 to identify overlapping of the MMA registers with vsx registers. The dmr uses the new physical dmr registers. We need to be able separate the 2.
