This PR refactors the script
upload_raw_test_metrics_and_coverage.pyso it can be used for uploading the results for the pro-version as well.The script will pick the meta-data (for the
tests_raw_builds.datasource) using the ENVs that are set in the corresponding environment (CircleCI or Github).
