[Doc]: Broken links to fix in docs#30306

Problem

There are several broken links in our docs. There is a proposal to automate finding these at #5380, but this issue collates existing broken links that need fixing.

How to fix

  1. Choose a link
  2. Try and access it in your web browser.
  3. If you can't access it, try and find where it's moved or find a suitable alternative link to include
  4. Submit a pull request with the fixed link

How I found these

I build the HTML docs, then used lychee with
